WARRANTY POLICY

Please note that our warranty does not cover any damage that occurs as a result of misuse or abuse of the product. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by spills, stains, burns, or damage resulting from exposure to extreme temperatures or moisture.

REFUND POLICY
Thank you for choosing our furniture products. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on any of our products. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please take photos of the damage and email them to us within 4 hours of receiving the product. If we determine that the damage was caused during shipping or due to a manufacturing defect, we will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped to you as soon as possible. If the product is no longer available, we will offer you a similar product of equal value.
